Gulistan is an actor, performer, and theatre practitioner, known for her work in both stage and screen productions across Turkey and Europe. She has appeared in a variety of roles, including theatre performances and TV/film projects, showcasing her versatility as an artist.

She is also a regular performer at the Fringe Festival with Migrant Shakespeare, a production that has received critical acclaim, including praise from Catherine Henry Lamm of the British Theatre Guide in 2024.

Gulistan studied acting at Pera Fine Arts Theatre in Istanbul, where she trained from 2008 to 2012, and has since expanded her craft to include roles behind the scenes as a coach, assistant director, and casting professional.
